What is AMD?

AMD stands for Answering Machine Detection. CallPro uses AI to automatically recognize whether a human or voicemail answers. Only live calls are routed to agents. This significantly increases productivity — agents spend their time on real conversations.

What’s the difference between predictive and progressive dialing?

With predictive dialing, CallPro automatically dials multiple numbers simultaneously and only connects live calls — maximum volume. With progressive dialing, CallPro dials one number per agent as soon as they become available — more control, higher contact ratio. Preview dialing lets agents see customer info before calling.

What does CallPro cost?
